Morgan Molzahn
Lead Guide
Morgan is the Lead Guide in the Posy Community, where she provides a nurturing and responsive environment that supports each child’s earliest stages of growth and development. Now in her third year at Smithville Montessori Academy, Morgan has been an integral part of the continued growth of the infant program. She brings more than five years of experience working with young children and is currently pursuing her Infant and Toddler Montessori certification (ages 0–3) through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS). Morgan is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with children and families while fostering an environment that encourages exploration, security, and independence during the foundational years of life.

Madi Frakes
Lead Guide
Madi is the Lead Guide in the Violet Community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management and is Montessori certified in Infant and Toddler (ages 0–3) through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS). With more than five years of classroom experience, Madi combines strong organizational and leadership skills with a genuine passion for early childhood education. She believes the first three years of life provide the foundation for lifelong learning and is dedicated to creating a calm, engaging environment where infants and toddlers feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Through meaningful relationships and thoughtful guidance, Madi supports each child’s development while partnering closely with families during these important early years..

Iris Community
Aysia Graham
Lead Guide
Aysia is the Lead Guide in the Iris Community. She is currently completing her Early Childhood Montessori certification (ages 3–6) through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS). With more than four years of experience working with young children, including two years as an Aftercare Provider at Smithville Montessori Academy, Aysia has built strong relationships with children and families while developing a deep appreciation for the Montessori approach. After transitioning into a full-time classroom role, she has continued to grow as an educator and is committed to guiding each child with patience, encouragement, and respect. Aysia strives to create a joyful, engaging classroom where children feel empowered to explore, discover, and develop confidence in their abilities.
Marigold Community
Molly Kuhn
Lead Guide
Molly serves as the Lead Guide in the Marigold Community. She has more than three years of Montessori experience supporting children from infancy through age six and is passionate about fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning in every child. Molly is currently pursuing her Early Childhood Montessori certification (ages 3–6) through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), where she continues to deepen her understanding of authentic Montessori philosophy and teaching practices. She is committed to creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment where each child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

A’lexus Orr
Lead Guide
A’lexus is the Lead Guide in the Daisy Community, where she inspires children to become confident, curious, and capable learners. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Sociology, and her background in social work provides a strong foundation for supporting each child’s academic, emotional, and social development. With more than three years of Montessori teaching experience, A’lexus thoughtfully guides students as they build independence, responsibility, and a genuine love of learning. She is currently completing her Lower Elementary Montessori certification (ages 6–9) through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS), further strengthening her commitment to authentic Montessori education and continuous professional growth.
