Posy Community

Ms. Morgan

Lead Guide

 Ms. Morgan is the lead guide in the Posy Community. She is in her second year at SMAII and joined our infant community as it grew. Ms. Morgan is enrolled in the 0-3 training through The Center of Guided Montessori Studies. Ms. Morgan brings over 5 years of experience working with children.

Sweet Pea Community

Ms. Kayla

Lead Guide

Ms. Kayla is the lead guide in the Sweet Pea Community. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is in her second year at SMAII. Ms. Kayla has 4 years of experience working with children and is currently enrolled in The Center for Guided Montessori Studies for infants and toddlers

Ms. Colleen

Assistant Guide

Ms. Colleen is the assistant guide in the Sweet Pea Community. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and has been part of SMAII for more than 3 years.

Violet Community

Ms. Madi

Lead Guide

Ms. Madi is the lead guide in the Violet Community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management and is certified in Montessori 0–3 through The Center for Guided Montessori Studies. She has over 5 years of classroom experience.

Ms. Nicole

Assistant Guide

 Ms. Nicole is an assistant guide in the Violet Community. She holds a certificate in Foundations of Montessori Philosophy and Educational Theory for Early Childhood and has over 4 years of Montessori classroom experience.




Ms. Daisy

Assistant Guide

Ms. Daisy is an assistant guide in the Violet Community. She holds an associate’s degree in English and is also a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has over 6 years of experience in healthcare and is now in her second year working with children.




Lilac Community

Robin Galloway

Ms. Robin

Owner & Lead Guide

Ms. Robin is the Owner and Head of School at SMAII and also serves as the lead guide in the Lilac Community. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Ms. Robin is certified as a 0–3 infant/toddler guide through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies and also holds AMS certification in Early Childhood (ages 3–6).

Ms. Samar

Assistant Guide

Ms. Samar is the Assistant Guide in the Lilac Community. Ms. Samar has her Child Development Associate Credential in early childhood education. Ms. Samar has over 3 years of experience working with children.

Marigold Community

Lauren Ackerman

Ms. Lauren

Lead Guide

Ms. Lauren is an Assistant Head of School and lead guide in the Marigold Community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is certified in Early Childhood through The Center for Guided Montessori Studies. Ms. Lauren brings over 9 years of Montessori classroom experience.

Ms. Molly

Assistant Guide

Ms. Molly is the assistant guide in the Marigold Community. She has 3 years of Montessori experience supporting children ages 0–6 and is currently enrolled in The Center for Guided Montessori Studies for ages 3–6 to deepen her practice.



Iris Community

Kassidy DiDonato

Ms. Kassidy

Lead Guide

Ms. Kassidy is an Assistant Head of School and lead guide in the Iris Community. She is certified through both the North American Montessori Center and Montessori Educational Programs International, and also holds a certification in the Foundations of Montessori Philosophy & Educational Theory for Early Childhood. With over 12 years of Montessori classroom experience, Ms. Kassidy brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication.






Ms. Aysia

Assitant Guide

Ms. Aysia is the assistant guide in the Iris Community. She is currently enrolled in The Center for Guided Montessori Studies program for Early Childhood (3–6). She has over 4 years of experience working with children, including 2 years as an aftercare provider at SMA before transitioning into a full-time role.

Lower Elementary 1st–3rd Community

Daisy Community

Ms. A’lexus

Lead Guide

Ms. A’Lexus is the lead guide in the Daisy Community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology, and also has a background in social work. She brings over 3 years of Montessori classroom experience and is currently enrolled in lower elementary training (1st–3rd grade) through The Center for Guided Montessori Studies.
