Core Values
Education and Lifelong Learning- We believe the Montessori Method of education is the best model for our school and students. We value a prepared environment that is both purposeful and peaceful. A hands-on, stimulating environment allows children to achieve success as lifelong learners.
Community-Building a team of students, teachers, leaders, parents, and volunteers allows for a diverse group that works together for the school’s best interest. Each person is expected to take responsibility for their actions and contribute to the success of the school, students, staff, and families.
Compassion-We respect children and each other as we build a community that supports and demonstrates a Montessori philosophy in their everyday lives. We value the uniqueness of each member of our school and community and recognize every child or teacher may have a different need at a different time. We will respond with compassion and be guided by our school rules and policies. We are humans and must treat each other with integrity, dignity, and kindness.
Excellence- We strive to attain high-performance standards in what we do to develop the maximum potential of every student and teacher. Our students are guided to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and independent learners with respect for their school and environment. We will continue to seek ways to improve our school.
